CREDITCARD PAYMENTS
Some customers have been having trouble with paying through the credit card option, here are some things you can do so your order won't be cancelled:
- Pay within the 15 minute span when you're about to fill in your creditcard information (if you don't the order will automatically fail because of security reasons).
- Do not try to go back to another webpage, this will lead you to a failed payment so be sure about what you have in your cart.
- Use your laptop or computer instead of your phone just to be sure that your phone/webbrowser does not mess up your payment.
- If your payment failed but there has been money withdrawn from your account you will get this back within 2 days.
- I'm having trouble with my order what can I do?
In case that you are experiencing any trouble with checking out your order or putting in your contact information you can always either send us a direct message on Instagram or an e-mail to either info@elinkyaa.com or elinkyaa.shop@hotmail.com. We will do our best to respond ASAP which usually happens between 24 hours.
- What are the shipping options?
You can choose between shipping within the Netherlands (2 euros) or Worldwide shipping (3 euros)
- When will I receive my order?
Your order will be send out within 1 to 3 days, depending on your rural post office it can take up to one week to arrive.
- What do I do if I never received my order or if I received a defective order?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You will be compensated with a store credit worth of your previous purchase.
